Terms of sale

The service
Lønuniverset is a digital knowledge platform about Danish payroll. Depending on your plan, you get access to articles, chat with sources, payroll calculators, the payslip check and tools for employers. The content is based on legislation and public sources, and every answer shows its sources.
Lønuniverset provides guidance, not legal or financial advice. Collective agreements, individual contracts and special circumstances may lead to a different result. The chat is an AI service, and AI answers may contain errors. Always check the sources before acting on an answer.

The annual price equals 10 months. Selected articles and simple calculators are free for everyone.
Founder discount: 30% off the first year with annual payment. The offer applies until launch or to the first 100 customers. Renewal is at the normal price.
Free trial
All plans include a 14-day free trial. You only pay when the trial ends, and if you cancel before, you pay nothing.
Payment and renewal
You pay with MobilePay or card via QuickPay. Company and Team can also pay by invoice. The subscription is paid in advance for one month or one year at a time and renews automatically for the same period until cancelled.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the period you have paid for. Cancel in your account or by writing to kontakt@eirum.dk. Payment for a started period is not refunded unless you use your right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you buy as a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the agreement is made. The withdrawal period runs alongside the free trial, so if you withdraw within 14 days, you pay nothing.
To withdraw, send us a clear statement, such as an e-mail to kontakt@eirum.dk. You can use this text: "I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for a Lønuniverset subscription. The contract was made on [date]. Name and e-mail address: [...]."
The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made as a business.
Use of the service
- Your login is personal and may not be shared. The Team plan gives access to up to 5 named users.
- Do not enter or upload personal data about yourself or others, such as names, CPR numbers or health information. This does not apply to the payslip check, where special rules are explained before you upload.
- Do not copy the content systematically or use it to build a competing service.
Liability
We work hard to keep the content correct and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or fits your particular situation. We are not liable for losses caused by decisions based on the content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the subscription in the last 12 months. This limitation does not apply to intent or gross negligence and does not restrict consumers' mandatory rights.
We aim to keep Lønuniverset available at all times but cannot rule out interruptions, for example during maintenance or errors at suppliers.
Changes to prices and terms
We give at least one month's notice by e-mail of changes to prices and terms. A change applies from the next payment period, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Governing law
The agreement is governed by Danish law.
