Privacy and cookies
Version 1 · 8 November 2026. The Danish version applies; this is a translation.
In short
- We store as little as possible about you: your e-mail address and what is needed for you to log in and use Lønuniverset.
- We do not store your questions to the chat or the answers.
- Do not enter personal data in the chat, such as names, CPR numbers or health information. If you enter a CPR number anyway, we remove it before the question is passed on.
- Our database and servers are in the EU. The chat's answers are produced by an AI service in the USA (see below).
- We only use necessary cookies. There are no statistics or marketing cookies.

We log how much AI each feature uses (amount of text, model and outcome) to control costs. This log contains neither your account, your question nor the answer.
The payslip check is not open yet. Before it opens, we will update this policy and ask you to accept how the payslip is processed.
AI in Lønuniverset
The chat is an AI service. Answers are produced by a language model from the Lønuniverset knowledge base, and each answer shows its sources. AI answers may contain errors, so always check the sources before acting on an answer. Your questions are not used to train AI models.
Who we share data with
We never sell your data. We use these processors, which may only process data on our instructions and have signed data processing agreements:
- Supabase (database and login). Servers in Frankfurt, Germany.
- Vercel (hosting of the website). Functions run in Frankfurt, Germany. Vercel Inc. is a US company.
- Anthropic (the Claude language model that produces the chat's answers). Your question and the relevant excerpts from the knowledge base are sent to Anthropic PBC in the USA. Anthropic keeps requests for a limited period under its commercial terms and does not use them to train models.
- Amazon Web Services (knowledge base search). The search text is processed in Frankfurt, Germany.
- QuickPay (payment by MobilePay and card), when sales open.
Transfers to the USA only take place on a lawful basis under GDPR chapter V, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
